CheckPoint Assessment

SPS helps you leverage SPS’s engineering expertise in converged networking, Contact Centers and Unified Communications applications. These offers include technology consulting, application integration & design, and SPS CheckPoint Assessment for VoIP performance audit and remediation services.

SPS offers the CheckPoint Assessment to ensure the equipment, applications and capacities within your current environment are performing at an optimal level. The SPS CheckPoint Assessment addresses all aspects of your communications solution in specific phases:

Plan. An SPS principle consultant collaborates with you and/or members of your staff to determine those elements within your solution to be assessed.

Design. SPS creates a written statement of work (SOW) that specifically describes and details the engagement, including customer deliverables.

Assess. SPS assesses the infrastructure components and applications identified in the SOW to determine if industry “best practices” were adhered to during and immediately following the implementation.

Deliver. SPS documents the findings and consolidates the information into a customer deliverable. SPS then reviews the deliverable in person or via web conference.

Remediate. SPS provides pricing, if requested, to perform the required remediation activities.
