Meet the SPS Team

Account Executive
Your Account Executive helps you identify and solve strategic business challenges.  This individual maintains responsibility for your account and can assist with all questions about products, pricing, and service plans.

System Engineer
The System Engineer plays an integral role in designing your communications solution and making sure the configuration addresses your business challenges. 

Application Sales Consultant (ASC)
The ASC is a pre-sales resource who may be engaged to collaborate with you early in the sales process to define the overall architecture of a complex solution. 

Carrier Support Specialist (CSS) and Carrier Implementation Coordinator (CIC)
The CSS is an additional “value add” that SPS provides for many customers.  The CSS will make sure you are able to take advantage of the most competitive rates and programs.

When Carrier Services are purchased through SPS, a Carrier Implementation Coordinator (CIC) will be assigned to manage the installation and cutover process.  The primary function of the CIC is to ensure a smooth implementation by managing the communication between resources involved from SPS and the carrier(s) of choice.

Application Server Engineer (ASE)
An ASE is engaged in your pre and post-sale implementation when complex applications are involved in your solution.

Converged Solutions Engineer (CSE)
A Converged Solutions Engineer (CSE) is available to assist in the design, configuration and implementation of converged data networks. These highly skilled engineers specialize in Avaya VoIP application integration into LAN/WAN infrastructures.  A CSE works to not only provide data design support, but also to assure customers successfully fulfill their role in preparing their data network to support VoIP.

Project Management Team
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for all aspects of orders that are termed “projects.”  Your PM will work closely with you and will be your first point of contact regarding all projects either in-progress or completed within the last 30 days.

Implementation Team
The Implementation Team handles all services-related activities including installation, on-site and remote service.

Technical Center Team
The Technical Center consists of highly skilled engineers responsible for post-installation diagnostics and trouble-shooting if needed.

Customer Care Team
The Customer Care Team is busy at work before and after the sale.  The Customer Care Team handles sales orders, tracks service and repair activities, and creates service tickets that will be handled by the Technical Center.

Billing and Collections Team
We take great pride in providing prompt, accurate billing.  Our team is available to assist with any questions about your bill or payments.

Marketing Team
Our marketing team offers learning events throughout the year and supporting materials to make sure you are up-to-date on the latest solutions available.
