Embedding UC&C into the Natural Workflow
Unified Communication and Collaboration (UC&C) tools are being implemented at higher rates than ever before. This is a good thing, as they are increasing the enterprise’s ability to be more agile and support a remote workforce in ways that were not available in the past.
These tools continue to evolve and offer more benefits to your users. The bad news, however, is that users are not fully adopting these tools, which means they are not reaching their true potential after they are implemented—and enterprises are not getting the return on their UC&C investments they should be.
