Parsippany, NJ – Strategic Products and Services (SPS), is proud to announce the addition of Robert Neydon, sales director, northern New Jersey. Neydon joins SPS to drive growth within the large enterprise business throughout northern New Jersey. He is based out of the SPS Corporate Office in Parsippany, New Jersey.
SPS, an Avaya Platinum BusinessPartner, specializes in the design, installation and support of converged communication solutions, advanced IP telephony applications, unified communications, network infrastructure and mobility solutions. SPS holds the prestigious Services Delivery Specialist (SDS) designation for both implementation and support and is certified as a Joint Service Delivery (JSD) partner. These endorsements from Avaya recognize broad competencies and differentiate SPS as an integration leader.
In his role at SPS, Neydon will support the sales and solutions team that focuses on complex applications and business requirements for enterprise customers throughout northern New Jersey. Neydon brings vast application sales knowledge, leadership experience and will build upon SPS’s current application and services capabilities. Neydon’s experience with customer relationship management (CRM) applications will add significant value when helping enterprise clients address their business challenges.

Before joining SPS, Neydon was an application sales manager for Oracle where he was responsible for software as a service (SaaS) application sales to top financial services and communications accounts. During his tenure, he increased the sales pipeline sixfold. Prior to Oracle, Neydon spent three years as regional sales specialist at Salesforce.com where he was responsible for large SaaS customer service application sales to numerous Fortune 500 companies. Neydon also spent twelve years with Avaya where he held positions including sales director, acting sales vice president and global account manager.
