Cedar Knolls, NJ – Strategic Products and Services (SPS) was recognized for Outstanding Performance in the Public Service Market when it won a prestigious award at the Avaya National Public Service Summit, held in Las Vegas, NV, December 4 though 7.

SPS received this award for their commitment to communication applications within the state and local government, education (SLE) and healthcare markets.
The award was accepted by Kevin Neugent, SPS enterprise sales director, Michigan. Lansing School District, a large customer success in the Michigan K-12 market contributed to SPS winning the award from Avaya. The Lansing School District implementation involves over 35 buildings and is designed to improve communication between the school administrators, classrooms, parents and students. With the SPS Avaya solution, Lansing School District projects a savings of over $1.4 million over the next 10 years.
