New Leader Added to Increase SPS Global Reach

 
 

Parsippany, NJ – Strategic Products and Services (SPS), is proud to announce the addition of Michael Allison, vice president and general manager of global accounts. Allison joins SPS to drive growth within global accounts and the large enterprise business. He will be based out of the SPS Corporate Office in Parsippany, New Jersey.

SPS, an Avaya Platinum BusinessPartner, specializes in the design, installation and support of converged communication solutions, advanced IP telephony applications, unified communications, network infrastructure and mobility solutions. SPS holds the prestigious Services Delivery Specialist (SDS) designation for both implementation and support and is certified as a Joint Service Delivery (JSD) partner. These endorsements from Avaya recognize broad competencies and differentiates SPS as an integration leader.

Allison brings more than 25 years of sales and engineering leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. His expertise encompasses multiple aspects of information technology (IT) and telephony applications including unified communications, customer service, enterprise software, advanced networking, services and integration.

In his new role at SPS, Allison will build on SPS’s current capabilities and develop a sales and solutions team to focus on the complex applications and business requirements for global customers. With the SPS footprint and global positioning through the Intelligent Communications Alliance, SPS is available to assist enterprise, multilocation and multinational clients with planning, design, implementation and ongoing support for their technology needs.

Before joining SPS, Allison served as global accounts area sales vice president at Avaya, Inc. In this role, Allison managed global account teams, global customer relationships and negotiated complex agreements that included numerous multimillion dollar enterprise migrations. Previously, Allison served as sales vice president for applications and software within Avaya’s Global Accounts Organization. Here, he was responsible for applications, software sales and engineering, strategy and growth focusing on enterprise software licensing, Contact Center, Unified Communications, interactive voice response (IVR), video and mobility solutions.
