In his role as interim president, Jesse Hermann focuses on accelerating company initiatives and operational improvements by working day-to-day with the executive and leadership teams to execute upon plans and solve operational issues. With Jesse’s assistance, SPS is moving to a more efficient operating model and organizational structure. By driving drive business transformation, Jesse supports the company’s growth and ability to better serve clients.
Jesse possesses broad management experience, having run businesses across a number of different industries. He has recently served in interim roles at AFS Technologies (CEO) and Research Now (head of sales). Prior to joining Court Square Capital, Jesse was a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners. His prior experience includes Zolfo Cooper, icarz (founder and CEO of this SaaS distribution management software company) and CEO of General Automotive (the largest switch and lock manufacturer for the automotive, marine and industrial markets in North America). He received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, from Amherst College.
With his extensive experience in leading change and driving performance improvements, Jesse helps SPS develop into a leading systems integrator and managed services provider.
