Ryan Humble leads the planning and delivery of revenue-generating services for SPS clients. In his role, his priority is to ensure the achievement of high client satisfaction across all implementations and engagements. His focus on the client allows SPS to successfully grow into its role as the leading systems integrator and managed services provider.
Ryan continually identifies and drives new revenue and profit growth through strategic initiatives and innovative new service offerings. He is responsible for hiring, motivating and retaining exceptional client-facing employees and developing a culture that promotes client success. Prior to his current role, Ryan served as the director of implementation services for SPS, holding responsibility for managing and developing the company’s delivery services to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Prior to joining SPS through its acquisition of GEE! Communications in 2005, Ryan served as the managing director of sales & operations for Metroline Inc., where he was responsible for building and growing the Lucent Technologies Master Dealer program. He also served with MCS Associates, where he was responsible for overseeing the consulting and design of residential and commercial engineering projects. Ryan graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
