Theresa Goodreau leads the marketing team for SPS, defining and managing national strategies to support existing clients and penetrate new market segments. Theresa ensures that corporate messaging, branding and value proposition are clearly defined and communicated, while identifying cross-functional and interdepartmental goals to guarantee that business and marketing objectives are synchronized to best support clients.
Within a channel-centric model, Theresa directs the company’s co-marketing relationships with more than 15 key manufacturing partners, developing campaigns, messaging and events to support the company’s go-to-market model as a systems integrator and managed services provider. Through national learning events, speaking engagements, content development, proactive outreach and tradeshow participation, her team supports the voice of the customer and provides value-added information for clients at every phase of their communication lifecycle.
Prior to joining SPS through its acquisition of GEE! Communications in 2005, Theresa served in national sales roles with Lucent Technologies and OmniLink Communications Corporation (now TNS), a provider of remote access transaction processing solutions. Following her graduation from Michigan State University, Theresa served as contractor to Grumman Data Systems on the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC) Mainframe Modernization Project.
